whenever you purchase products from Carrie Bilbo Jewelry.

The prices displayed on our Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in
the U.S.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors,
inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to
change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have
submitted your order).
Photos and Content
All of the photos and content on our website belong to Carrie Bilbo Jewelry. If you would like to
use any photos or information, you must contact us prior to their use and gain the appropriate
permissions.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Processing
Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for completion, unless otherwise
noted. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately from the United States
via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to five business days for delivery from the date the order
is shipped. Each order includes USPS Priority Mail Insurance and will be insured for the retail
value of the products purchased.

International Shipping
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry will ship anywhere in the world!
Outside of the U.S. please allow up to five weeks for order completion and delivery from the date
the order is placed. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately from the
United States via USPS Priority Mail. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged
by your country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected by our
shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Each order include USPS Priority Mail Insurance and will
be insured for the retail value of the products purchased.

Service Delays
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances
such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected
shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
Return Policy for Damaged Merchandise
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry carefully inspects your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please
inspect your purchase of any damage and notify us within 7 days of date of delivery; we will
arrange for a prompt repair or replacement once the damaged merchandise is returned. Return
Shipping of damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of the repaired
or replaced items will be taken care of by Carrie Bilbo Jewelry.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. If your item is
damaged though, please contact us immediately and we can discuss repairs and prices of the
repairs. Both returned and received shipping of merchandise is the responsibility of the
customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
If, within 30 days of the ship date you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return your
purchase in the original condition received for a store credit or exchange. If you wish to
exchange an item please notify us of your request; we will arrange the exchange after the return
of the item(s) for exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipment of
merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping of exchanged item(s) will also be the
responsibility of the customer.
If the wrong size is ordered, at fault of the customer, you may exchange the product for the
appropriate size. Please Contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Sizing fees may apply.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or damaged, through wear and tear, items.

Custom Jewelry and Changes
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry takes custom order requests. If you are interested in Carrie Bilbo Jewelry
designing something for you and/or are looking for something specific that you do not see on
the Carrie Bilbo Jewelry Website, please contact us with what you are looking for.
Most of the products can be changed, tweaked, sized, and repaired. Additional fees apply. Please
contact us and we can discuss possibility and fees.
Payment
Carrie Bilbo Jewelry accepts payment through Stripe, to insure secure transactions for our
customers. Stripe accepts major credits cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express.
Other Payment options are possible as well, please contact info@carriebilbo.com with your
request for more information and possibilities.
